Very pleased. Good value and on testing energy usage the machine uses an average of 36p per load for a full mixed load. Our last machine (non heat pump) average was 84p so this is a significant saving. The drawback is tagged as the load taking longer to dry, but this is not our experience. Drying times seem to be very similar to the old machine, if not a bit better.

Great product for money, takes a little longer than a condensing tumble drier but uses a third of the power so should pay for itself over time ??

I had a condenser dryer but hardly use it due to the cost, I’ve had the Hoover Heat pump dryer and what a difference, the loads take a little longer due to drying at lower temp but the difference in cost, it’s being used and it no where near expensive, best purchase for a long time

Good looking well built machine. A little noisy at first for a few mins but that is due to invertor motor warming up. Easy to understand guide and controls. Dries fairly quickly and leaves clothes feeling soft and not dried out. Glad I moved over to heat pump technology, should make a saving from vented dryer.
