Being a brand I know exceedingly well, the NTM1192SKUK is a beast of a dryer, when I first switched it on and did a test cycle it sounded like a plane taking off, it's an impressive dryer and I'd go as far as calling it a "smart" dryer as it seems to adjust the timing of each cycle according to how dry the washing inside is. You can dry most things on Eco and the product is easy to maintain, the draw just pulls out to empty the water, the filters are easy to clean as you'd want. My mother (whose dryer this is) usually went for the cheaper brands (not mentioning any names!) and they have always failed in some way, shape or form. So having all other appliances that had to be replaced being Hotpoint what better to replace the dryer with? I cannot fault the machine and look forward to many years of drying with!

Couldn't be happier with this tumble dryer, it is much quieter than any we have had before. There are lots of different settings and each time the load is dried so no having to put it back in. It is is easy to take out and get rid of the water and clean the filters. Highly recommended.

It's varied cycles mean that whatever you are drying it is efficient and not wasting energy. I like the anti crease drum, it's great for drying bedding sheets. The fact you don't have to put a vent in the wall is the best for me. The condenser drawer is v easy to empty, i put the water collected into the watering can for the garden! overall, an excellent efficient product.

Unbelievably quiet in comparison to our previous tumble dryer, it may be a bit slower, but that's to be expected. Really easy to operate, lots of different options and settings, but they're all straightforward enough. Had it a little over a week and very impressed.

Brilliant product. Much better/more reliable/quicker than my last, more expensive Heat pump drier. Really quiet and time adjusts once it starts running meaning that clothes are much dry much quicker. Easy to use, quiet and really easy to empty water and clean fluff out of. Very happy with my purchase.

Very quiet compared to my previous condenser tumble dryer that died after 4 years of service. I use it a lot and can see a major drop in energy consumption so highly recommend even though it’s an a++ not an a+++
