Works well and does what it says on the tin. Wife is very happy with it!

Nice sized tumble dryer. Smart meter remained in the green while it was on so happy with the efficiency. My clothes have all come out dry so far so no complaints.

A neat and handsome tumble dryer that leaves my clothes properly dry and soft. It is a heat pump machine so we hope to see, eventually, a reduction in our electricity bills.

This new heat pump dryer is definitely a lot more efficient than the condenser dryer we had before, no more humid air around the dryer and the clothes are actually dry when the cycle ends

Excellent delivery team. Fast ( 1 day). Have read some reviews stating that clothes come out damp. I have not found this at all. Timer is extremely useful. Must admit I have put loads on a second time, just in case, however timer starts at 3.14 hrs but usually takes only 15 mins for second run. All loads definitely softer when removed. Overall, excellent so far.

Really impressed. It uses so much less electricity than our old condenser tumble drier. Dries washing well. We used the "refresh " cycle on some hard towels they came out so soft.

It's a heat pump tumble dryer so it is going to work in a 'slower' way that a typical vented tumble dryer.... However the energy benefits are huge. Once installed I put in a full king-sized load, duvet cover, bet sheet, quoted mattress protector that had been washed at 40 and spun at 1200 via the washing machine. Set the load to cupboard dry and set it going. When it peeped, and I checked the load, there where still some 'damp' bits, but I just shut the door and set it off and withing 30 minutes the machine peeped and it was all dry! Cant complain at all and the service and delivery from AO was great as always!

Great purchase, I treated my mum as she isnt able to get into the garden as much as she’d like too, I wanted a super efficient tumber dryer that didnt need to be vented, she loves it and after using it several times over the last week and monitoring the electricity usage on our smart meter it doesnt use anywhere near as much as I expected, very happy customer
