Easy to use , set up extremely straightforward - has transformed keeping on top of laundry in a very busy home. You have to empty the water tray and clean filters after each use but once you get into a routine it takes no time at all.

Quiet and efficient

This product is great, the prospect of our second child imminently made us consider how we would cope with the increase in laundry. This product has turned our 2-3 day turn around for washing into a same day feat. I'm not sure how we went this long without a tumble dryer. Quick, quiet and efficient - a game changer in a house full of dirty laundry. I've highly recommended this to our family and friends.

My Hotpoint Active Care 9kg Heat Pump Tumble Dryer is fabulous, it's very quiet and efficient with lots of programs to suit different fabrics. It does take slightly longer to dry a load of washing but not excessively. No more condensation issues like a traditional dehumidifier dryer as. This tumble dryer is quiet, efficient and excellent value for money.

We bought the older model of the machine but it's still good. Downside is that the water container is at the bottom of the machine (new one it's in the door) - a pain for the elderly to bend down to empty. Drys clothes just fine - much better that the heat pump I had to return prior to this.
