Having used the dryer a few times, on eco and with the active care function on, it has failed to dry the entire load. 90% of the load will be dry but it’s frustrating having to run another cycle for only a few damp items.

I love this dryer. It’s quieter than my last one and drys perfectly unlike my old heat pump one. It is very easy to use. Looks nice too and easy to clean. Hope this one lasts more than 3 years.

Very efficient on electric and large water tank. Yes it might take slightly longer than a normal dryer but the benefits out weight it. No heat expelled from the dryer and it’s very quiet. Worth the money!

Uses a lot less electricity than our old condenser dryer. It takes a bit longer to dry a load but use a quarter the electricity. Clothes are dry on standard cupboard dry setting. Door hinge opening is easy to change.

Good economical dryer, decent size drum. Took a while to get used to initially, previous dryers got very hot, this doesn’t, therefore takes a little longer to dry clothes, which means no shrinkage. Happy with it.
