Product seem very efficient, very little waste heat generated compare with old direct heat dryer we had. Good functions, such as dryness level, allows unit to switch off when drying is done, also provides finish time estimate on the display.

Very easy to use buttons and controls, I love the look of it and it’s pretty quiet. The only thing I don’t like is that each setting tells you the length of time but not the temperature. So I worry about shrinking things.

All good so far. Nice and quiet for a tumble dryer and no condensation that I have noticed. Well worth it so far

Great, v quiet, drys perfectly. Got a few buttons than the last machine I had, will take a bit getting used to.

Haven't used it yet , as the sun is shinning. But it looks amazing, also should be so economical being a heat pump. Especially in these trying times. Read all the reviews and they were so positive. Water collector is at the top which is good. Looks good, and solid, instructions seem clear, so can't wait for a wet laundry day

Recently bought a 9kg heat pump Hotpoint tumble dryer. Purchased it believing it was energy efficient as advertised. This was not the case!! It would routinely take six+ hours to cupboard dry socks and pants (three cycles). I was dreading the winter months when hanging our washing outside was not practicable. An engineer was called from ao.com and he confirmed my findings. Ao.com were excellent and I’ve returned to a vented tumble dryer, which drys our washing in a fraction of the time. My advice, do not buy a heat pump tumble dryer.

Tumble dryer is really quiet when it runs and the estimated time remaining on the cycle is very useful.

A great tumble dryer. Efficient and easy to use.
