Looks good, only used once with it been summer. We both thought it to be louder than expected. Was impressed how it sensed the moisture content of the towels & self adjusted the drying time.

We have been owned the dryer for 30 days and already had an engineer out to fix it twice. We have been informed that this is due to a manufacturer error where the drum rubs on the misaligned casing. This creates a banging noise worse than a child playing on a drum kit. When the dryer is working it takes around 2 hours to dry half a load of washing and about 2/3 cycles and the clothes still feel very damp after the 1st cycle. I would advise against buying this dryer I wish I had chosen a different model.

Tumbles have come a long way since I last bought one. Good quality, 10 year guarantee outstanding machine with plenty of different settings so you can avoid shrinking your expensive lambs wool jumpers.

Nice quiet machine with lots of settings

Was a bit unsure until I read the reviews which persuaded me to pay the extra money for a heat pump tumble dryer. Delivery was next day and the driver and his mate were very helpful, bringing it indoors to where we wanted it and took away the packaging in case it was damaged. Had a quick look at the book to find out about filters etc and the dial at the front has all the programme numbers and what each setting does. Literally plug and play. Dries the clothes very efficiently

So far so good! Uses loads less electricity than the last one and dries the clothes well. Minor niggles: It doesn't have a light inside the drum, the door doesn't open very wide and opening the secondary filter could be easier. But these are minor points which could be solved by paying more on something else. The key unknown is whether it will last...
