Amazing - uses far less electricity and I don't have to vent it through an outside wall. Large door opening, easy to clean filter and easy to empty water tank (I haven't spilt a drop yet!) The one thing I am really pleased about is the way the door opens. My old drier door opened the same way as the washer making it difficult to transfer wet washing from washer to drier. This door mirrors the washer so making transferring washing easier - little things......

Week in and its fab, cant believe how quiet it is

I have always had a condenser dryer, needed a new one so thought I would get a heat pump dryer as they are supposed to be more economical to run, I have had this for a week now and used it everyday, I’m not very happy with it. I set the dryness setting to be cupboard dry and my clothes come out damp so tried the extra dry setting and that says it takes 3 hours and 28 minutes, how is that economical? The setting that is for mixed materials cotton/synthetics always leave my clothes damp and I have to finish drying them on the radiators, I don’t want to put cottons separate and they be drying for 2 hours and then the rest of my clothes for another 2 hours…. Not impressed with it.

Works great! Energy efficient and a lot quieter and quicker than our old model!

Much quieter than our 15 year old condenser dryer, dries well in about 2=2andhalf hours,excellent price for a heat pump dryer

Good tumble dryer, not to noisy and it dries the clothing!

Really pleased with this item. It is quiet, doesn't leave any condensation like a condenser, and it keeps the clothes tumbling until you are ready. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a new tumble dryer.

Haven't found alot wrong with the machine yet except it did get stuck with 1 minute to go the first time we used it. Seems to have solved the problem itself now though.
