good product

It’s a good machine, but it is weirdly deep (I believe deeper than the dimensions suggest, because the door also then sticks out). We can no longer slide the cupboard door shut across it. Quiet running. Takes a good load. Cleverer than me - smart features. Makes an annoying beep when it’s finished, and won’t let it go until you attend to it. Why do they have to do that?!

Very quiet machine! Loads of different settings to choose from, exactly what we wanted.

We find it very easy to use. We mostly use a mixed setting that covers a (family size) load, but handy options for bedclothes / delicates etc . Drys well (usually faster than the start program time) easy to clean out filter fluff and seems relatively quiet. Very pleased with it.

I think it's really great I'm still getting used to it , performance wise I'm really happy with it.

wasn’t sure about this type of dryer, but completely wrong. Initial drying time often quoted on screen as several hours but once started time continually changed and in some cases drying time was only 30 minutes. Clothes are dried but not dried out. Have used for several weeks now and have mastered the settings! You need to read the manual (simple) to understand how the heat pump works. Confident about jeans and t shirts not shrinking, much gentler heat than conventional dryer. Don’t know about claimed power savings at the moment but very pleased with dryer.

Worst dryer I have ever had, damages and shrinks clothes, can't set temperature to low on most cycles, takes a long time to leave clothes damp and smelling musty. Can't clean the condenser and despite vacuuming regularly it is stuffed full of damp smelly fluff. Combined with Hotpoint washing machine that uses half doses, our clothes stink. We can't use conditioner because of skin conditions.
