Wasn’t sure about buying heat pump dryer as had heard drying times were long, but not at all, much quieter and clothes feel softer with very little fluff in filter compared to my old condenser dryer

Great drying time. Nice and quiet, room. Doesn't get hot anymore.

Only used twice so far - it has more drying options than the AO description lists for the product .Including cupboard dry and cupboard dry plus. so it meets my requirements. It is quieter than the Hotpoint tumble dryer it replaced. AO service and delivery excellent. No idea on longevity of product

Very quiet and smart for a tumble dryer! AO were great to deal with and the delivery / unpacking service was first class!

Really easy to set up, instructions are straight forward. And it’s quiet which is perfect!

So far so good with this machine. My clothes do seem a little softer when they come out compared to my last machine, although it doesn't handle mixed loads as well as a normal condenser so sheets and towels need separating or put on again. Good size and easy to use.

Loving it - quiet, effective, the door hangs on the right side for us (but could be changed if needed).

Always nice to be able to wear dry clothes again :)
