Having had a more expensive Shark vacuum before this model was a bit disappointing, the suctioning is very good but unlike the more expensive models it doesn’t pull itself along like the others you have to really push the vacuum making it hard work. Lowering the suction can help with this but then as expected it doesn’t pick up the debris as well. The build quality is also not very good, when removing the lift off part it’s quite clunky to get it back in and doesn’t always hold in place it takes a few attempts. I would not recommend this model for big floor areas but would for small hard floor areas.

I replaced a "yson ( not allowed to write the name down) with this. It was an embarrassment to see what came out of my just vacuumed carpets. I'm never going back!

This product is great on hard floors , stairs and short pile carpets but it’s like trying to push a tank through mud on long pile carpet . Disappointed as 50% of the house has long pile carpet . Picks up really well and easy to empty .

1st time ever using a shark hoover and so far I'm very impressed, easy to set up, not to loud, it's definitely a lot quieter than my old one and it vacuumed the floor really good

Great product easy to use and it's great on carpet and cleans really deep! The best hoover I've ever purchased worth every penny!

Easy to assemble and very good at getting all the dirt up on the carpets and Karndean hard floor, but not very easy to use on the kitchen floor which is a vinyl, the suction seems too powerful and clamps the cleaner to the floor.
