Really simple to use. Clear buttons with clear use. I wouldn't call it lightweight but does detach easily from the base so it's more convenient to hold. Easy to change suction level near the handle too. Nice and quiet which I really wanted as my toddler was terrified of the beast we used to have as it was so noisy. Very pleased with this purchase.

Brilliant product

I’d heard so much about Shark hoovers and was always sceptical, however I absolutely love it, it does everything it says it does and more. As a lady that struggles with tasks like cleaning due to a health condition it makes my life so much easier and has cut my cleaning time in at least half. Wish I’d brought one sooner, I now look forward to cleaning instead of dreading it

I am so amazed buy this product, after using my old hover and then buying this one I was very surprised by how much dirt still come out of my carpets the carpet is light weight and so easy to use.
