I looked at a number of vacuum cleaners and a few different models. I was attracted by the Special offer price and I could see it in other reputable retailers at the full price. This gave me confidence. To use this vacuum cleaner is fine it is a little bit heavy and it takes some getting used to the movement but actually it is very good the only comment I have is that it perhaps does not go as for underneath my sofa as my previous Vax vacuum cleaner. I like the lift away option. I think if I were to get another shark vacuum cleaner I would get a cordless one.

Lightweight in general, might feel heavier to those used to the flimsy cordless style vacuums. Excellent suction, I have very thick Deep pile carpets so for that reason I use the minimum suction setting for ease (which is still very strong!). Really stylish design, easy to quickly change to using the 'wand' to do corners and skirting board etc, then slot back in and carrying on hoovering in as an upright. Haven't used the lift away function yet but looks great. Really pleased with it!!

Good long cord, great on different types of floor. Bit heavy at times but cleans excellently.
