The ball type head takes a little time to get use to but it makes it very manoverable. When first using it it is quite difficulty to get used to putting your foot on the cleaner head and pulling the handle back but with a little use it gradually eases. It is amazing how much dirt it removes even though we thought our previous cleaner was doing a good job. Would certainly recommend this cleaner. This model is lighter than some other models that are available.

Fantastic vacuum, lightweight, easily manoeuvred and really gets the dog hair out of carpets. Quick to empty, no bags and easy change to hand held. I would highly recommend Shark vacuum.

I love shark, I’ve had many different cleaners over the years but none come close to shark for cleaning and move ability, would not buy another different brand again.

Well I wish I had known about this little gem long before now! What an amazing machine….easy to manoeuvre lightweight and altogether a joy to use! Picks up the dog’s ever shedding hair so easily it’s just brilliant. Thank you
