so far so good - what makes it heavy to push when vacuuming is the strong suction but im not complaining im happy with the after results my carpet looks brand new after a quick hoover - stil havn't figured out how to use the lift away compartment but im happy with my purchase

Excellent Shark product. More powerful suction than battery driven versions. Very well packed and easily unpacked with good instructions. Who could ask for anything more.

Great vacuum cleaner, well pleased

Light weight very easy to use product does a good job on all surfaces, very pleased with the appliance, I now have two, one down stairs and one up.

Very pleased with this machine. It makes light work of my dog's hairs and transforms easily into a lightweight hand held version for stairs and furniture etc. The crevice tool is extremely efficient. There are also some clear instructions on the actual machine which I found helpful.

Excellent very happy with it

I was very impressed with the power of this vacuum. Considering I had used my old Vacuum the day before there should really have been nothing to pick up. I found the container to be half full when I had used this new Shark. Must admit it had been recommended to me by a couple of people but was still surprised by it's performance. Possibly a little heavy for me but I am sure I will quickly get used to that.

I already have a shark anti-wrap hair version, but this model is much better! There are less parts on it (that could go wrong!) and it is simple to use. I actually bought my daughter one too, that’s how impressed with it we were!
