Great Vacuum. have had it for two weeks now and it is very efficient. The suction is really good. However, and this is why I gave 4 stars not five, on my long pile carpets I cannot use the Max button. The suction is so hard you cannot move the appliance and even on Minimum, it is quite hard to push around. Overall very pleased with it.

I am still getting used to my new shark cleaner having owned Dysons for many years. it is light weight, and balances nicely in the hand when being lifted and transported. The cleaner is very well marked as to how it works, levers, pedals , switches etc. clearly marked. Easy to empty . Use of attachments easy. The turbo pet hair brush attachment is fantastic. I have found the cleaner fairly easy to use, it does have amazing suction power which means it can be slightly harder to move on on some carpets. Astonished by the amount of dust that must have been left behind by my old Dyson. The reason i have given a 4 star rating is due to the fact, on some of my carpets the cleaner judders when it is pulled back over the carpets, which causes uneven pile on the carpet. This is something I will have to contact Shark about, it may be something I am doing incorrectly? If I were to purchase again I would probably go for an anti hair wrap design and a slightly bigger floor head. All in all I am very pleased with my shark, minus the juddering when you pull the cleaner back wards. Oh! I have a dog and 2 cats it tackles pet hairs very well.

Great upright cleaner. Easy to assemble. Came well packed..picks up very well a bit heavy to push on carpet but overall excellent. AO..great company delivered on time

Very good suction. I like the fact that you can easily switch from carpet to hard floor whilst still hoovering.

This product is fantastic I especially like the fact you can can lift away to do stairs. The cord length is really good and the suction on the hoover is amazing. Extremely happy with this product and I will be recommending it.
