Very happy

This cleaner is very good, it is very easy to operate. I didn't even need on initially unpacking it to look at instructions. It's very sturdy, well made, I couldn't wait to try it out! I was rather shocked at what was in the cylinder, so much pet hair. I don't think there is anything I don't like and 100% recommend this Shark cleaner.

Very good but a bit heavy, great at lifting dog and human hair,so I use it once a week and keep my light one daily

for the price a very good corded vacuum if a little bit on the heavy side.

Delivery quick and although this feels cheaper than my old Shark the performance is amazing

Really pleased with this Shark vacuum. Was a little apprehensive about buying it as I'd tried my daughter's different model and found it hard to use.

Absolute delight for doing the stairs! I honestly didn't think that a new vacuum would be much different to my old vacuum, but this has a carpet and hard floor setting, multiple accessories and detachable parts, it's amazing.

Although it's a bit on the heavy side it is Fabulous to see the difference this vacuum cleaner has made to my carpets compared to my previous one. It's also convenient for hoovering the skirting boards and over the door frames with the attachments. I love it ??
