Pleased with the product easy to operate a little hard to push at times. Picks up well but has to be emptied quite often but it is very easy to do so not a real problem.

First time use is difficult as the better cleaning capabilities of this machine are making up for the old machine's poor performance. As you continue to use the effort becomes easier as the carpets are cleaned and the pile is disentangled.

Great vacuum cleaner. We thought we needed new carpets but one going-over with this bad boy has given them a whole new lease of life. Especially good at getting up ingrained cat hair. Can't recommend highly enough!

Suction is very strong and have had a few issues pushing it on carpet but it’s excellent on hard floors

Hard to push as it’s so powerful which is good if you want a workout!
