Would have preferred the cable to be on the left as I'm a right handed person but that's just me
Only reason it's 4 star is it is a little bit heavy when on high suction on carpet

Really pleased with my purchase. Shark vacuum easy to use and brilliant suction it certainly picks up the dust and carpet pile looks like new!

Really impressed with the hoover. Carpets came up like new. Need a bit of strength for pushing it on carpets but is worth it. Also love how it comes apart for doing the stairs. Makes hoovering them so easy and light. Overall pleased with price and and quality of clean
