as a loyal brand customer in previous years I thought I would give this amazing Upright a try. It is genuinely gobsmacking how good it is, how easy it is to use and how much of a saving you will make from switching to this make and model. used it today on a newly fitted carpet and it picked up everything that the Dyson Animal couldn't. goodbye Dyson....hello Shark.

Have had the shark for a week now and Wow what a gamechanger. Had a Henry for years and that was great, but I have moved house and needed something more versatile, multifunctional and lightweight but still with the ability to get rid of the pet hair. Its great. The headlights are a great feature too for making sure you get all the dust< also the Suction strength button is really good as all your floors are different. Great vacuum would definitely recommend. Absolutely fantastic... I’m excited to hoover with this. Lovely design, so stylish I’ve kept it out, not hid it in a cupboard. Heard lots of great things about Shark and it’s all true. Best hoover I have ever had.

Great hoover for convenience but suction isn’t amazing

Increasing disappointment with decreasing battery life of a Dy**n made me consider a corded cleaner ..... I do not regret it. I anticipate that cleaning the car will now really have an effect ! Easy to empty, bright headlights but does require some space to store and is heavier than the Dy**n. I guess as a spoilt consumer it’s nice to have both

Excellent product and excellent service. Arrived on time and is exactly what I wanted. Not too heavy and excellent suction. Easy to detach hose for using on stairs.

I would have liked to have given this 5 stars but unfortunately I can't. For hard floors this is perfect and fits right underneath kitchen cupboards and all the way under the coffee table without knocking into it and I really like the lights which show up the bits you would have missed. I like the lift away option for stairs and for the hard to reach cobwebs on ceilings and the extra long cable is a bonus as I can do the whole downstairs in one go from 1 plug instead of 2! Unfortunately, even on the carpet and low suction settings this chews up the rugs and is extremely hard work on the bedroom carpets so for this reason, I've had to keep hold of my old hoover for now.

After using my sons shark vacuum I decided to take the plunge and buy one. I am not disappointed it picks up brilliantly. I love the lift off feature it makes cleaning stairs and upholstery so much easier. It also comes with a great 5yr guarantee. Highly recommend
