A great vacuum with really useful attachments. Very lightweight and easy to use.

This is my second Shark vacuum cleaner and whilst I think they’re the best on the market this one does the exact same thing that my last one did....tips over and smashes into your legs or feet whilst using the hose and attachments...hence the 4 stars. In my opinion there’s absolutely no point in having a flexi hose if it can’t be used for what it’s designed for.

After purchasing another make vacuum and being really disappointed, I decided to order a shark, and what a difference, really impressed.

Nice and light easy to use and easy to empty, also powerful suction and cleans up to edges .

Never met a Shark before, so I relied upon the online feedback from previous customers, which was pretty positive overall. I bought this to use upstairs, to save carrying another appliance up and down the stairs every week. The Shark does hard and carpeted surfaces, and comes with a few hand tools. It is possible to adjust the suction from one that tries to lift a carpet off the floor, to one that is easier to manage. It looks as if it is possible to use as a smaller hand-held unit, but that option hasn't been explored yet. I would recommend this vacuum cleaner if I was asked by friends.
