Absolutely brilliant! So powerful and handy! I've never loved a vacuum cleaner so much in my life! So worth the money and a lovely little Christmas present to myself :)

Having had a shark vacuum the past 5 years, I knew I wanted a shark vacuum again & one with the new anti hair technology. After using my new one for a few weeks I’m both pleased & disappointed. Positives- it’s lighter & narrower, anti hair wrap tech. Negatives- the button to change from hard floor to carpet isn’t on the handle it’s on the top of the box so not as easy to change the floor mode. The slim nozzle doesn’t have a brush attached. Also the lead is low down & not as easy to keep back from the hoover when in use. The suction level is either high or low (my old model I had more options). Overall I’m happy with it I just wish Shark hadn’t made the changes with the buttons & settings.

Excellent the amount of dust etc removed was unbelievable. I have a dog so brilliant the only downside is I find the cleaner rather heavy but I am old so perhaps that’s me .
