Previously had a Shark which I was very happy with, but felt we needed a new one. This one is super, the suction is great, it feels lighter to use. Dark dog hairs on a white carpet gone in record time.

Excellent and so much better than our old one. Light, easy to manoeuvre and love the fact that you just lift off the wand to reach the cobwebs

It's really good Hoover's up everything including very long human hair . It's easy to use glides easy along . Not used extra bits yet but I'm sure they will be good. Easy to empty aswel .

Very good suction does a good job at cleaning.

Great vacuum powerful but not to noisy. And great that the main body lifts off to allow you to vac stairs without having to use the entire vac. Really haven’t found and negatives with this item.
