The product does excatly what it say I've always used shark they have always been great

Good product and never bought Shark before (always Dyson) but after some research went for it ... so far so good! The service offered was great with prompt delivery and everything in between nice and easy.

Fantastic. Easy to use, light, comes apart for stairs and hard to reach places, easy to empty. All round great cleaner, wish I had bought Shark sooner.
