Absolutely brilliant vacuum cleaner. This replaced my old Shark thst i gave to my daughter which still works brilliantly. Never buy any other make again, picks up amazingly, you have to try a Shark to believe how well it cleans and buying it from AO is a breeze with no hassle delivery.

bit hard to push around but overall it is excellant and it was embarassing how much dirt was actually retained in the carpets prior to purchasing our new Vacuum cleaner .
