It’s a lovely little hoover, easy to assemble. Not too heavy to carry around.

Good so far. About to use it again and seems to do a decent job. I like that the hoover detaches from the upright and becomes suitable for hoovering out my car with ease.

Fantastic vacuum, this is the 2nd one I have purchased. Good suction, easy to use, easy to assemble, easy to empty, filters are easy access. The lift away is great on stairs. My friend feels it's a little heavy but she has hand held vacuums, I like the weight of the Shark and is fantastic on pet hair. I have recommended to family and friends and they too like this product.

Brilliant product picks up all dust and hair and doesn’t get blocked

My old Shark hoover NV700UK was absolutely brilliant had no problem with it. My new hoover is not a patch on my old one, it has the pet and hair accessories but doesn't pick up anything like my old one very disappointed in the product and the response from A O
