Great suction and ideal going from carpet to hard floors. A little heavy to manage, but you get used to it.

Pros: Excellent at removing pet hair - you really can’t fault that, even with the main unit head not the pet hair attachment. The accessories are kept on the machine so convenient to attach when needed. Cons: you can’t hoover up bulky items - previous hoover was a Henry which was industrial when gliding over as would pick up everything in its path. With the Shark wrap technology it’s worrying a piece of chewed up stick (by the dogs) will clog or break the rotary system. so you need to do a scan before you run the Hoover over. Also the cord really gets in the way when you are re-attaching the unit after emptying or when it’s used as a handheld piece. Over all - 4 stars. It’s advertised for pet hair and that’s exactly why I brought it. Loose one star for the cons.

Living in a house with 2 women with very long hair and a dog that malts a lot we have broken many vacuums. This however is amazing, picks up so much and deals with the hair with ease.

my god this is the best hoover i have ever bought ,its suction really good especially with the pet tool it takes half the time to hoover my sofa and it picks up every hair ,my carpets the dust it picks up is unbelievable they look new .best purchase ive made

Very easy to use with staggering results

Very pleased with this vac. Good suction and great for cleaning stairs and sofa but a little bit heavier than I wanted. I would recommend this vac.

Very pleased with my Shark. It's a great design, with the handy Lift Away feature it makes doing stairs and underneath furniture really easy. It's got great suction, and I have long hair so the anti-hair wrap function is invaluable, as with my old cleaner it used to get all tangled up around the brush. I also have 2 cats and the pet tool really helps get their fur off the furnishings and stairs. I made a good choice :)
