Bought this with discount off at AO.com...replacing previous Shark, thought it would be an upgrade, how wrong I was. While it cleans and lifts the fluff from carpets it does not pick up fragments of thread, bits and pieces that you expect, the brushes just ain’t lifting! Was planning to return less than 3 weeks in but note AO.com only offer 2 week return and only 50% max on used. So it’s going to the garage and I am buying a Dyson v11.

Slightly heavier than we expected. Very good suction! Useful swivel head, once you get used to it . The control of how much suction and type floor covering is also a good idea. From having others makes before, I would recommend Shark as the better hoover!

I honestly love this machine. It has changed my life and I'm not being overly dramatic. Been using a cordless dyson and honestly the first time i used the Shark you would have thought I hadn't cleaned the carpets in years. It's absolutely worth every penny.

Excellent product - I couldn’t believe how much this picked up in comparison to my previous one. It was easy to assemble and with 2 daughters with long hair the anti hair wrap is brilliant. Slightly heavier than my previous vacuum cleaner but still easy to manoeuvre. Would highly recommend and the AO service was excellent as always

This is by far the best Hoover I have ever owned, it has met all of my high expectations, it is so versatile, it's great for picking up hairs that dont get wrapped around the brush, also a push of a button from hard flooring to carpet with lights to highlight areas to clean, good price for a great product, a very satisfied customer.
