What a pleasant surprise! A product that is actually good value for money. This has got to be the best vacuum cleaner that I have ever owned - beating the big named brands by a mile. The anti-wrap tech is great and so is the suction, it's great.

Very pleased with the product. Easy to use and lightweight vacuum cleaner which is very effective at lifting pet hair. Appears good value for money.

Overall great product, great price. One star deducted for want of a longer power lead and better clip for hold lead when stored.

This is my first Shark vacuum. Historically, I have always had Dysons, thinking they were the best to cope with the fur of 3 large dogs. I am now totally converted to Shark. I love my new vacuum, it is light enough to move round quickly, whilst reliably picking up everything in its path. It's so easy to empty, with great attachments and a long wire, so don't have to unplug when moving from room to room. I would definitely recommend this product.
