I’ve used dyson products for 20 years or so. I’ll never go back. The shark is superb across the mix of hard and carpeted floors. The carpets look brand new. It’s awesome

Great vacuum - only real downside is the weight, but the power more than makes up for it.

Absolutely amazing - best hoover I’ve ever had!

Amazing results from first use. Previously used a Dyson but have found the Shark has performed much better so far. Easy to use with some useful functionality. Particularly like the Lift Away function.

Really love this. The amount of debris it gets out of the carpet is amazing in comparison to my old hoover. Although I did have to empty it after one use of hoovering the whole house. Easy to set up and use. Would recommend.

It does exactly what they said it does. Much better than my old Dyson ,no problem with cat and long human hair. I used to spend hours cutting hair from the brushes ,not any more yay.

I went for a corded vacuum as can not stand when the battery runs out mid clean. This vacuum is 5*. The anti-hair wrap works and means I'm not constantly cutting out hair. The lights on the front mean I can see debris in corners and under tables. Best vacuum I have owned to date.
