Great hoover, gets everything clean, easy to use, well packed. Only glitch was hose on back flaps about, Shark very helpful though and sent another stick. Happy with purchase.

This is a really good product, a bit heavy and the pipe doesn’t stay in the connection point very well but over all it’s good, picks up really well.

Amazing hoover. Works brilliantly on carpet and hard floor. Not too heavy either. Only downside is it's harder to get under furniture because the head is quite bulky but all the hoovers this powerful had a large head too, so I guess this to be expected.

I've had a number of vacuum over the years,and with 2 small dogs get a lot of hair they lifted the hair but when I I received the shark vacuum I was surprised how well it done.the power lifted my carpet up and the hair also and the difference,the pile and look was good.
