Great suction, takes a bit of practice to slide the ‘lift away’ back in. Quite heavy to push around (I’m used to a cordless dyson). However absolutely amazing on carpet and wood flooring!

Fellow dog owners recommended this vacuum cleaner can't believe how good it is. First vacuum was a bit of a shock though as it picked up so much more than previous vaccum.

Great service and great product

Great product. The lift out bin makes it really easy to clean the stairs, no more lugging the vacuum cleaner up the stairs or not getting the hose to reach to the top of the stairs. The anti-hair wrap technology picks up the long hair and stops it getting tangles around the brushes; no more having to unpick the hair every couple of months. Love the headlight, can see all the crumbs on the floor in those not so well lit areas of the house
