Great Vacuum, I’ve always used another popular make of Vacuum but kept hearing stories about shark. Glad I have now moved over to them. Great suction and easy to turn in to lift of system to allow cleaning in hard to reach places. Lift off section is lightweight too so no problem carrying. Top marks.

Love this hoover, it feels sturdy and has been well thought out with it's features and how you use a hoover for cleaning and emptying. It's easy to use and comes with just enough accessories to get you straight in to cleaning the floors and much more in your house, especially if you have a pet! Was amazed at how well it picked up cat fur! Thought my other hoover was pretty good (another big, expensive brand), but Shark are way better!

The cleaner is very good at picking things up but it is very heavy. I think it should say in the advert how heavy it is.

Although I have only had it for about a week, on the whole I am pleased with this product. It is very easy to use and manoeuvre and I like the LED lights. It is much lighter than the Dyson which I was previously using. On the down side the dust tank is not very big and needs emptying quite often. It does seem to get closer to the edge than my previous machine and I am able to clean under the furniture more easily without having to move everything. The liftaway part of the machine is very useful when cleaning the stairs as is the long lead. The five year guarantee is also a bonus.

A really great vacuum - easy to put together and works very well. It is quite heavy when it’s all connected but not unmanageably so. The hose and stair attachment is really useful.
