After our Vax gave up the ghost I purchased one of these as we have a hairy dog that leaves hair everywhere. It came packaged well and was easily assembled. The actual cleaner has great suction and rally does get the pet hairs up and no tangles as promised. I was so pleased with this that less than a week later I purchased a second one for my parents as it's lightweight. I cannot recommend this cleaner highly enough, in comparison to many others on the market, this one wins hands down.

Incredible vacuum cleaner, the power on it is really good and I like that you can control the suction . This is useful when hoovering rugs etc. Very useful that it has different settings for carpet and hard floor. I love this product and do not think that I could ever go back to dyson.

Good product with excellent cleaning suction power. Great lift off option for hard to reach places and stairs, but a little heavier when used as a complete unit, however this is compensated by its flexibility when maneuvering around furniture. I have hard floors with rugs and a dog ...really easy to use emptying without any of the "blow back " experience with previous vacuum cleaners I've owned, I've had a variety of types and makes / models over the past 30 years. I am impressed and can recommend this cleaner!

Very good wee hoover. Plenty suction and certainly seems to pick up a lot of dust. Goes easily between floor surfaces. Light to move around even more so as it splits down. Great at the discounted price.
