Very pleased after having a dyson for years. I agree with the other reviews that the main head is narrower but other than that it is great. I love that you can detach the hoover to go upstairs so much lighter, the light on the head is great, and manoeuvres around corners very well.

It’s a brilliant product, especially as I have long hair and so does our granddaughter.

So for the experience with our new vacuum cleaner is really good. The multi functionality lets us get into the smallest corners without having to move heavy furniture. The suction power is great and the power cable is a great length. It is a little on the heavy side but overall we really like the appliance it was was money well spend.

Absolutely don’t know how I’ve gone through life without this amazing vacuum. I live with 3 cats and 2 other people and the shark picks up dirt, hair and other things I didn’t even know existed unlike my previous vacuum. The anti hair wrap is fantastic. This vacuum is a definite must for all households

This is a serious piece of vacuuming kit which does everything we need it to. We decided against the cordless as previous experience, not being able to change the batteries, have put us off in the past, having to discard a machine way too soon. I have given 4 not 5 stars as it is quite heavy, though my husband thinks the weight aids suction and likes it for same reason! He also likes the long handle length, it is a tall machine. But no problem for me at 5ft 3. It is wonderfully quiet compared to our old machine too. The tools are not very secure on the allotted spaces and sometimes fall off but I can live with that. Filters appear very good, and emptying the canister straightforward. A gratifying amount of dirt after one use so its obviously working very well. The anti tangle brushes also work well. I sew, and previously cutting through threads on my roller was a regular job. No longer thankfully. Overall impressed.

well worth getting one of these... its alot better than dyson i use to have... on my first time of using new shark..it picked up dust an bits in carpet that must of been there for ages as dyson didnt pick them up when hoovered carpet before .... i recomend this shark hoover i bought to people who want a good quality hoover !!
