Easy to assemble, great attachments, powerful suction so I know my floors are actually clean now. My carpet has never looked better. Great on the stairs with the pull away action so much easier than my old drag along one I used to have to lift up the stairs with me. And I don't have to pull hair out!! It is quite heavy but for a decent vacuum I think that it to be expected.

I bought this vac to replace me Dyson Ball because I wanted something that made cleaning the stairs easier. This vac is perfect in that respect as I have 10 stairs then a half landing and then a further five stairs, cleaning the stairs is now so easy . The suction is also very powerful but is easily reduced if necessary. I do find the vac quite heavy and not as manouverable on carpets and smooth floor as the Dyson Ball which is why I only gave it 4 stars, overall this is a good vac.
