Superfast delivery! Ordered it on the Sunday and it arrived by 8.30am on the Monday! I've been wanting a Shark vacuum cleaner for a while, having previously had a Dyson. I wasn't disappointed and can't believe how much dust came up the first time I used it!

I would love to give this product 5, but I am so disappointed as it is so heavy. I used it once and did my whole 3 bedroom house and stairs, it fits together well, and comes apart well, but it is far too heavy and I'm only 44! I cannot get a refund. Its not fit for purpose for me but obviously I didn't know it was too heavy just from looking at it, I needed to trial it. Other than that I cannot fault it.

Good so far. Versatility with the different attachments and settings makes it useful for all around the house and car.

I've only just purchased my shark therefore I've only used it a coupe of times but I've got to say I'm really impressed with it upto now. Can't believe how much dirt my old vacuum had left behind! The swivel head takes a little getting used to but I find the shark easier to manoeuvre than vacuums I've had in the past. It does feel a bit heavy at first but once you get used to it, it's fine. I would definitely recommend purchasing a shark- you wont be disappointed.

Always have a problem with excessive hair on brush but not with this vacuum.Used it after cleaning with my usual quality brand upright vacuum and stick cordless vacuum and couldn’t believe how much it picked up and my carpets now feel nice and spongy as they did when new.Attachments are easy to use so much easier to do the stairs now.The lights actually show up the dirt and it really does clean right up to the edges.Love how easy it is to change the suction as I have a very long pile on my bedroom carpet and it was so difficult to vacuum but now I can reduce suction and it gets a good brush.

Amazing hoover. So pleased with it. I’ve had a Dyson for years and was reluctant to change. After going through 3 batteries in 3 years I decided it was time for a change. Best decision I made.
