I am so pleased with my vacuum. I would say it’s the best I’ve ever had. It beats all the Dyson and other models I’ve had. It is powerful, versatile and makes it easy to vacuum all areas from carpets to hard floors and stairs, even ceilings if needed!!. It was a great price and I would thoroughly recommend it. The pet tool is especially useful for sofas and the anti hair wrap feature is great.

Love my new shark hoover after having a dyson for the last 10 years , its amazing the amount of dust it collects . Not too heavy and easy to split down .

Excellent picking up power. Need to take a driving test as I am not used to the way it steers.

Never been so excited about hoovering, this is the best vacuum I have ever had. The suction is brilliant, the options are for hard floor and carpet make it quick to move around house, the long lead means I can keep going around whole house including stairs with the attachments! The headlights are great! No problems with daughters long hair!! Whole family are getting these now!

Once put together disappointed and unhappy with the position and robustness of the catch at the back of the pod to connect the hose. It comes undone so easily and is a pain and annoyance. This is disappointing as the rest of the machine is very solid.

I'd always heard about how great the Shark vacuums were, but was reluctant to pay the money for one. Now I'm wondering why I waited so long! I can't get over how well this vacuums the house both the carpet and the hard floor. I love the fact that you can switch between the 2 modes. With 3 girls in the house all with long hair I hated having to clean the roller brush on the old one but that is now a thing of the past! I just love it!

Light weight and very versatile, change over from carpet to hard floors is on the handle which is great, excellent suction.
