Having the ability to operate as a normal hoover and then take the box off and use without the base unit makes this very useable. The ability to control the level of suction and clever design makes this a winner

Positives Excellent product, simple to put together and certainly performs better than my old dyson. It is much lighter than the Dyson and suction so much better. Really picks up the dog hair and carpets look like they have been hoovered. Great that you can lift the cylinder off to do the stairs and furniture. It has a small head but actually that makes it much more manoeuvrable Negatives It’s mainly plastic which feels cheap and I am worried that the plastic might snap in places. The collection cylinder is quite small so you have to empty it quite a lot. The worse thing is the hose clips onto the arm but continually falls off and then gets in the way. Overall very pleased with my purchase

This is a great looking machine with powerful suction. I like the fact that the body of the vacuum can be removed for use on stairs etc and it comes apart and fits back well. it is maneuverable and small enough to go under furniture and awkward spaces. The big disappointment is that the dust container is so small I need to empty it after every room, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars

I have had a Dyson for years but the brushes stopped rotating so decided to invest in a new vacuum. Like the ratings for the Shark so thought woudl give it a try. I was really impressed with the Dyson when I bought it BUT the Shark easily outdoes it. It is so easy to use smaller base so gets into narrower places and the lift off stair bit is superb. Really please with my purchase and so quick delivery from AO.com.

Fantastic hoover. Got two dogs and it has made my carpets look and feel like new. Also bought acar pack so the car is cleanas well. Love it, love , love it.

As a pet owner, with a large dog and 5 cats, this Hoover has been an absolute dream purchase. It's so easy to assemble and makes you feel like J.I.Jane whilst cleaning the house ;) its lift away option makes cleaning stairs and high ceilings so much easier and safer all round, and the manoeuvrability and general lightness of the product makes it glide over the carpet easily whilst still picking up all the household dirt, and switching to hard floors is just as simple. Best vacuum I have purchased for a very long time. Massive thanks to AO for having the product in stock and another massive thank you to everyone who reviewed and basically told me this Hoover would be life changing, cos it kind of is :)

A great product all round, outstanding suction and a great set of extra fixtures for curtains and pet hair. Love it!

I can't believe I lived with my old one for so long. This has ALL the functions and is relatively lightweight and dead easy to use. Highly recommend.
