This is a great product. Very powerful, easy to use, easy to set up.

This vacuum really cleans it picked loads my old vacuum had left behind. It is quite quiet and has good suction control. It is quite heavy but not exceptionally. Its dust container is quiet small but it is rewarding to see how much dirt has been removed.

I was wary of spending so much on a vacuum cleaner, wondering how it could be justified to be over twice as much as one you can get from the supermarket. I've had a Hoover branded vacuum for several years and it did the job well, or so I thought. One session with the Shark and I was pretty embarrassed by how much it had pulled up from carpets I thought were clean. Additionally, I purchased this model for the pet hair capabilities due to my partner's Alaskan Malamute being present in the house a lot. It deals with his fur fantastically and it doesn't clog the filters like it did on my previous device. All in all, I really can't recommend this enough.

Positives..good accessories, love the lift away feature for doing stairs, pet hair tool very affective, and gets the carpets very clean Negative..human hair still wraps round the roller underneath so you have to snip it with scissors after each clean

Such a great hoover - it has a brilliant suction and zero effort required to pick up.

On the whole this is an excellent hoover that gives good results. I bought it primarily because of the anti hair wrap feature. After years of cutting hair out of hoover brushes this is brilliant. It is on the heavy side though & a bit hefty to lug upstairs.

I absolutely love this product it’s so easy to use and got amazing power. I’ve never seen my carpets look so fresh! I highly recommend this to anyone who is considering buying!

I have been wanting a Shark for a while having heard good things about them. Finally took the plunge. Glad I did. It hasn't made me like vacuuming, but the Shark makes it much easier and will be using it more often than my previous vacuum. A well thought out, easy to use, and the anti hair wrap is brilliant.
