Just what we needed with a family with long hair, two children and a collie dog (with long black hair!) Carpets have never looked so clean. Can get right up to the edges and no worries about the battery running out. Obviously heavier than our previous battery one but so much more effective and it makes no odds as it all comes apart! Brilliant! Would definitely recommend.

Lighter than I thought. Easy to use different arts and dismantle etc. Easy on stairs

Wow I’m so impressed with this hoover it’s my first shark and I will never go back to dyson ever! I’d hoovered about an hour before this arrived I was so excited so hoovered again! To my shock the hoover was full the carpets felt fluffed up and soft to walk on!
