Excellent product. Gets all the dogs and cat hairs up and hair does not tangle up like the last one I had. Would full recommend this item.

Hard to fault this vacuum. Great design: being able to lift the vacuum unit off the main body and have a handheld version and the main upright pole being repurposed as an extension pole (were the Shark designers watching a lot of Transformers films?); anti hair-wrap tech; and it's much quieter than my old one... Almost look forward to vacuuming (almost)

This hoover arrived, I put it together very easily, it was so simple it was great, no screwdrivers needed, as it just clicked together. I turned it on and the suction power it has is brilliant, it got up all my dogs hair no problem, plus my long hair didn't get wrapped around the brush like it does on my old hoover. I had hovered on a few hour before my shark arrived so when I vacuumed with the shark I thought we wont get up much, boy was I wrong I filled the tank. It's so easy to empty and cleanly, unlike my old hoover. I simply love this shark, the powerful suction and it's the best hoover ever especially if you have a pet of long hair or like me both

Was looking for a Shark vacuum for some time, and was monitoring offers on a number of websites, before deciding AO.com's was the best available. Item was delivered on time and is everything we'd hoped for.

There’s a lot of speculation about reviews being bought/faked at the moment and so I’m always cynical, but especially so at the moment. With 3 dogs and a client facing beauty room in the house, and a dog grooming salon in the garden, we’re a tough ask of any hoover. Alas, we needn’t have worried. Tragic as it is, the hoover has changed our lives. It’s easy, lightweight, actually pretty compact and manages to both mesmerise and horrify with how much it picks up in one room. It’s also officially confirmed we’re middle aged as neither of us could wait to try it, so would recommend, and accept your ageing fate.

Was a little dubious that this would be as good as the reviews but I'm thrilled with it. Easy to use and very mobile. Great on stairs and the fact you can take the attachment off to use it.

Does everything it says it does, should of bought one years ago. Very happy customer
