The Vacuum is brilliant. Better than I expected. Makes my old one look very poor in comparison. Comes apart easily to get to the hard to reach bits and the stairs device is great too. And it has headlights! First time I have shopped with AO and can very happily recommend. Excellent online chat help and the delivery process was bang on with text, live follow the truck and call from driver.

Just a really good piece of kit. Everything sturdy and well built. Bit of a shock how much dust and hair it got out of the carpet which i thought was clean.

Easy to assemble, light and manouevrable. Sucks up far more dust then the branded vacuum we previously owned. Very clever method of trapping long hair and not letting it get tangled around the brushes. Works extremely well on a variety of surfaces and even though it has a cord, the ability to separate part of it from the main frame makes cleaning, in particular places like stairs, extremely easy.

I have a selection of vacuum cleaners for one reason or another, but as I have 2 longhaired creatures in the house, one feline and 1 hooman and was fed up of manually cutting / pulling entwined fur/hair from the brushes - I NEEDED this in my world. I have been using it for a week and cannot believe the dust and fur and hair it collects ( i love seeing the dust and hair being emptied in to the bin) not sure what this says about me. BRUSHES REMAIN HAIR FREE... so happy :)

I bought the Shark Anti-Hair Wrap as there were very good reviews about dog hairs not getting tangled round it. I love the Vac and it was very easy to set up and use but unfortunately the hairs from my Bernese Mountain Dog and Border Collie do get tangled round the brush maybe not s bad as other vacs I used but fact is they do get wrapped round it

Brilliant Hoover highly recomend gets rid of pet hair. Quick delivery and nice delivery drivers

I couldn’t believe the amount of dust & dirt this hoover lifted just a day after using my old hoover! I felt a right dirty mare!! Easy to put together, & very easy to use.

This is by far the best vacuum I’ve used. It is by far better than the dyson I used to have and much cheaper. Highly recommended
