Superb little vacuum cleaner - we've been struggling with stick vacuums from competitors for a while - constantly running out of power, getting jammed, filters clogging. This has been a revelation. Sure it's a little heavier, but not excessively so, the suction is MUCH better, and the cord is plenty long enough to pootle around most of the downstairs from one plug. Very happy indeed, and excellent service from AO as always.

Brilliant, the suction is so powerful. Perfect for a household with a cat and a dog.

It picks up well but the collection box doesn't hold much when you have 6 dogs who like loosing there coats.

Bought to replace a defunct Shark vacuum cleaner. This new model has even better suction and is more manoeuvrable. It feels slightly heavier, which is a disadvantage, but overall I’m as pleased with it as I was with my last one. I’m particularly pleased that the electric cord is attached to the left side of the machine, which is not the case with all of the models.

Really does what it says. The amount of pet hairs picked up is unbelievable- the carpets look like new. It can be a little tricky to put the unit back together after emoting the waste.
