Overall very happy. Picks up beautifully on both carpet and hard floor. Cannot yet comment on reliability as only used few times. For a completely honest review I would say that whilst it does actually weigh less than my old vacuum it feels heavier to push round and it may need to be emptied more frequently, but as I said overall I'm happy.

Does exactly what it said on the box brilliant product

Having struggled for years with 5 different cleaners this is a revelation! We have a dog that sheds fur at the drop of a hat but the Shark copes with it easily. Also love the ability to change easily from carpet to hard floor. I would highly recommend this product.

Compact and reliable. The Shark has gobbled up the dog hair with no problems.

Thought our old vacuum was working alright. But with 2 dogs the carpet was always looking hairy. After the first time using this new shark you could see the difference. Even our son said have you washed the rug it looks new . Would recommend .

Wonderful, my old vacuum would only do half a room before I had to stop to clear the roller of my dogs long fine hair, this shark just deals with it. Easy to put together and use and also easy to empty and no having to clean the roller every 5 mins. It is heavier to push when used as one item but if you detach the motor from the actual brush then its much easier great for getting into small places as well with all the attachments. I had cleaned my lounge carpet with my old vacuum about an hour earlier and was shocked and amazed to still get half a container full after using the shark.

had this for 14 months and was great until it went wrong and shark were very unresponsive, picks up our long haired cats fur well, a little cumbersome but then i have a bad back. using the wand out of the body is ok but heads to use for this are limited and quite small headed
