Using this vacuum cleaner has made a vast difference to the carpets in our home. It's so much more powerful than the other one we had before and makes are carpets look much better then they used to look. The pet hair removal works use as well on the hair my long haired husband leave lying around.

SHARK ATTACK!!!! oh my word, this hoover attacked my carpet and brought it up beautifully ?? After months of having to use a little fat round hoover with a silly smile ( I'll not name it)after one use this Shark sucked up so much more than the eye can see. I have a hairy dog and this shark was just what I needed to get up all those embedded hairs, and the anti hair wrap works like a treat! You've got to give this hoover a try!

Absolutely fantastic. I always thought my carpets were clean until I used this. Can’t rate it enough. And the anti hair wrap… wow. Would highly recommend

I am really happy with this model. It picks up on carpets and wood floors. I have a large dog and it picks up all his black hair. My only down point is that it is a little hard to push on carpets for the elderly but my daughters think it's great

It's a bit heavier than the old Dyson but it has lights on it so that makes up for any shortcomings. I can now hoover in the dark should the mood take me - maybe with the head torch on. Actually, I'm going to stop now.
