Very disappointed with the product. It is poor at picking up dust and hair and the collection bin is small meaning it is inadequate for family house. Also noted that the filter is immediately dirty meaning high maintenance need likely. Have already purchased a different Dyson cleaner which performs much better.

Easy to put together with a few attachment options. Good suction and removes the dirt well from my carpets.

Its an amazing product and i would recommend it to anyone looking for something that would control Pet hair and some cleaner rugs and floors

Great product & very easy to use. Simple instructions & does exactly what it says! Would highly recommend & saves all the hassle of having to use 2 hoovers as the hard floor facility is great.

Brilliant vacuum, I have 2 very fluffy kittens who leave fur behind absolutely everywhere. My old Henry didn't pick any of it up but this is just so powerful and the fluffy brush at the front picks up literally every hair. I'm so impressed!

Absolutely gutted with the product. It lacks balance and if I had tried it in a shop, I would have left it where is was. The weight distribution is uncomfortable and it feels unstable to use. I will not buy something like this online again. It is a big expense to make blind.
