Genuinely doesn't get hair tangled in it, it is like some kind of witchcraft! Really good suction and easy to assemble and use from the box. Really handy the body lifts away from the frame for hoovering stairs / car etc. I haven't found any dislikes yet. Much better than our previous Dyson.

Powerful vacuum cleaner far better than our previous cordless vac

Compared to my last vacuum cleaner, the dust container is quite small. The hose at the back, which has a clip to keep it in place, keeps falling out and hangs down while hoovering. I have contacted Shark and they are sending a replacement part. Considering I have only had the vacuum one week, so far it is very disappointing.

Good suction generaly but still leaves dog hairs on the stairs. Heavy to manover upright. Will keep but wouldn't purchase again

Honestly the best vacuum cleaner I’ve ever had, could not believe how much dust, cat hair & fluff was collected from the first room I hoovered! My carpets look brand new. Really useful on the stairs as you can detach the vacuum so it’s lighter. Pet hair attachment is excellent, got my cat’s bed cleaned easily & without clogging up the brushes. Easy to empty which is great especially as it fills up quickly!

Just what I wanted to replace my old, heavy Dyson. Only used it once but it definitely showed how bad the Dyson was with the amount of dust and hair it sucked up! The lift off section also makes doing my extremely steep stairs so much easier.
