Very easy to put together and use. Good suction. The bin is small, but is very easy to empty. Particularly pleased with the pet hair tool.

Absolutely fantastic. Couldn't believe the amount of dust and hair that came out my carpet after I used my old hoover only a day earlier. Not to mention the pet hair tool - filled the tank with one quick go over my stairs! Perfect when you have two cats and a baby thats now crawling about the place. Best hoover I've ever invested in - has even brought the pile up on my carpet looking fluffier again

In my 70 years this is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned! Great suction and the anti-hair wrap feature is a boon. the little pet hair removal tool works a treat ( I used it in the car, wow!) Ok so it's heavier than a cordless model but it's so much more powerful that I don't care.

This product is amazing, cleaning power is second to none. I previously owned a Dyson and after a neighbour told me how good they were i had to get one. I will never go back to another make. Also price was fantastic and staff at AO.com were fantastic and price matched it and got it delivered the next day

Absolutely perfect! Cleans much better than my prevoius one, it's been a shock when I seen how much dust were still in my carpet after using old one. Highly recommended!

Delivery drivers were Ace and I'm super chuffed with this Shark - never thought I'd get excited over a vacuum cleaner but it works really well and is easy to use
