The vacuum deserves five stars for suction and maneuverability, but there are some flaws. The hose has a ball and socket attachment to the pole which simply does not work. As soon as you start vacuuming, the hose falls off and dangles as you move around. This doesn’t get in the way too much, but I’ve had another shark upright that had the exact same problem. Seems like an easy flaw to fix. My other issue is that the vacuum arrived with two big scratches in the orange trim around the head of the vacuum cleaner. For brand new, out of the box, this surprised me and made me question if this was truly a new vacuum or if I’d been sent a refurbished one. Other than that, the attachments work well, I like the lift away feature and I’m overall happy that I went with this model. I considered the cordless, but read that they didn’t have quite the same suction and that is definitely the one thing this vacuum is not lacking.

Very efficient in picking up dust. I found when you detached the main unit it was a bit heavy to carry around but it sits on the floor while you go under furniture quite happily. Easy to put together and store.

Great value vacuum

Really pleased with this vacuum cleaner not as heavy as my old Dyson and just a switch to go from carpet to hard floor and very easy to use the attachments.

Good, but the snti hair wrap does not work

Not too heavy and live the lift away for stairs. Easy manoeuvrability and gets right up to the skirting board. Certainly picks up more than my previous hoover. Nothing I don't like about it. Looks great.
