I’m a Shark fan, my husband votes for Dyson - until he had 2 handheld hovers that both broke within 3 weeks of being used. He bought a Shark steam cleaner and I bought the Shark anti-wrap hoover. Both products are fantastic, and husband is converted. This Hoover has a lot going on, so take time to read the instructions. We could not believe the amount of hair and dust it picked up on its first outing. I have 2 dogs and 2 long haired cats - the house really did feel clean after using this hoover, the suction is great. It comes apart in all sorts of different ways with different add on’s to hoover various hard to reach areas and was just as effective on wooden and carpet alike. Really easy to empty and look after. The efficiency and speed of delivery from AO was great, first time ordering from this company and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Very happy customer, thank you ??

After a week use experience, this vacuum is powerful and easy to adjust to the different settings. Easy to empty the dirt. Would recommend to anyone looking at something versatile with strong suction.

Excellent cleaner and great on all surfaces including thick carpet

I switched to the Shark after being loyal to another brand of vacuum cleaner for years. Since switching, I am staggered at the amount of dirt the Shark is sucking out of the carpet - even just two days after vacuuming with my old vacuum. I now have a dog and a cat and the amount of fur the Shark picks up in contrast to the old vac is incredible. My carpets look a whole lot cleaner and revived. Whilst its a little on the heavy side, it is maneuverable on the floor, and the cannister comes away from the main unit for the stairs. Its easy to empty and easy to access and clean the filters. I love it and I'm very pleased with my purchase

Very easy to assemble on arrival and love how you can separate it into bits for easy access to stairs, ceiling etc. Best of all it has great suck - I was actually ashamed at how much came up out of the carpet. Very easy to manoeuvre and empty the dust bin.

Used for the first time right after opening it up out of the box, picked up loads even after hoovering 2 days prior. Very impressed and pleased I went for this model. The service from AO was simple, easy and straight forward. Very pleased.

Had a Dyson (old model) before that I really liked until the motor packed up...so replaced it with the Shark...have to say, really good and very versatile.. It's a little heavy until you take up the unit, which means using both hands...but brilliant for getting under coffee tables etc. Anti hair wrap works really well too . would recommend
